Grand Hallway is the project of Seattle singer/multi-instrumentalist Tomo Nakayama.  Over a span of 3 full-length albums and 2 EPs, Nakayama has collaborated with a rotating cast of some of the Northwest's finest musicians to produce cinematic melodic soundscapes exploring a wide spectrum of genres ranging from orchestral folk, art rock, to dream pop.  They have built a solid and loyal fanbase through relentless touring both in the US and in Japan, including performances at SXSW, CMJ, Sasquatch, Bumbershoot, and Capitol Hill Block Party, sharing the stage with the likes of Shearwater, Cave Singers, Robin Pecknold, Shugo Tokumaru, Wye Oak, and Damien Jurado.  Grand Hallway's music has been featured on NPR, and received airplay on 90.3FM KEXP, 107.7FM The End, 89.3FM The Current, and WOXY.
